Adjacent land creates seclusion and privacy but the location is convenient and just off Atlantic Avenue. This is 1 floor living with a master queen bedroom, a twin bed over a full in the 2nd bedroom and extra company can use the new queen sleep sofa. There is also a 3/4 bathroom (shower only) and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is rustic but fully functional and supplied with everything you need to eat and cook. Choose your Wells Beach experience…chill out, catnap in the enclosed porch or stretch out on the back deck with the marsh, river, wildlife and outstanding western sunsets. Cable TV and wireless internet are complementary of course. A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay at this cottage and there is parking for 2 vehicles. A security deposit of $300 is required. No pets or smoking are allowed. |
